Sarah graduated from Emory University School of Law, where she was on the Dean's List and served as managing editor of the Emory International Law Review.
She began her career working at two premier defense firms, but realized early on that she was a plaintiffs’ lawyer at heart. Sarah has practiced personal injury law in Atlanta since 2004, with experience in premises liability, motor carrier liability and medical malpractice. Before joining Harris Lowry Manton LLP, Sarah spent several years representing families in complex birth injury cases.
Sarah grew up in Newton, Massachusetts and Boca Raton, Florida. She is a proud University of Florida Gator, graduating in 2000 as a UF Anderson Scholar and member of Phi Beta Kappa.
An active community volunteer, Sarah serves as the board chair for the Fred Armon Toomer Elementary Educational Foundation and a volunteer with the Kyle Pease Foundation, a nonprofit helping disabled individuals achieve their goals through sports. She also spends early mornings running with Back on My Feet Atlanta, a local chapter of a national nonprofit focused on alleviating homelessness, and is the past project coordinator and Steering Committee member for Service Juris, a community service day for lawyers.
Sarah is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
