Attorney
Donavan Juleus is an attorney at Harris Lowry Manton LLP, where he represents individuals and families who have suffered physical injury and financial loss through the fault and wrongdoing of others.
His practice primarily focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, with particular interests in product liability, maritime injury, catastrophic injury, and premises liability litigation.
Donavan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia.
Before joining Harris Lowry Manton, Donavan spent several years practicing with a long-established defense law firm in Savannah, where he gained firsthand experience with how serious claims are investigated, evaluated, defended, and tried. He now uses that training and perspective to advocate for individuals and families who have been injured. Donavan is passionate about helping his clients understand the legal process, ensuring that they feel heard and supported, and pursuing the best possible recovery for their injuries and losses.
Donavan has been recognized by his peers for his professional achievement. He has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America in consecutive years, receiving recognition in both the 2026 and 2027 editions.
Donavan graduated with his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 2019 and he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2022. During law school, Donavan distinguished himself as a trial advocate at multiple competitions against the top advocates in the country. In recognition of his advocacy and brief-writing skills, Donavan was inducted into The Order of the Barristers, a national honor recognizing excellence in courtroom advocacy. He was also selected to serve on the managing and editorial board of the Georgia Law Review, the law school's flagship journal.
Outside of his legal practice, Donavan is deeply involved in the Savannah community. He previously served as Chair of Loop It Up Savannah, a nonprofit organization providing educational programming to students throughout Chatham County and the surrounding region, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Old Savannah City Mission. He also leads a local men's group focused on mentorship, accountability, fellowship, and spiritual growth.
When he is not practicing law, Donavan enjoys spending time with his wife and family, serving his local church, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
