Joshua H. Dorminy Selected for 2021-22 LEAD Program

Harris Lowry Manton LLP is proud to announce that Associate Attorney Josh Dorminy has been selected to participate in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s (GTLA) 19th annual Leadership Education and Advanced Direction (LEAD) Program for 2021-2022. Josh is the only Savannah-area attorney to be selected this year, and will be one of 19 participants from across the state of Georgia. He is the seventh HLM attorney to be selected for this program since it was founded in 2013.

GTLA’s annual LEAD Program was founded “for the purpose of educating GTLA’s youngest and newest members on both the benefits and the expectations of membership, building strong relationships between young promising trial lawyers from all four corners of our state as well as diverse trial practice areas, and ultimately to better prepare tomorrow’s leaders today.” There are six sessions for every class, spread out over the course of a year, and participants can earn CLE credits for participating. To be eligible for consideration, and attorney must:

  • Be a GTLA member in good standing;
  • Be in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia; and
  • Have fewer than ten (10) years of practice experience, OR be 35 years old or younger

“The LEAD program has strengthened and enriched our firm’s practice over the years,” said former LEAD co-chair and Harris Lowry Manton Partner Yvonne Godfrey. “We are thrilled that Josh will continue in our firm’s tradition of benefitting from the LEAD program and bringing that value to our clients.”
